A Gentle, US-Made Treatment
JNR Industries treats roofs with a gentle, US-made treatment — no zinc, no bleach, and no peroxide. It's designed to be safe for your roof while it does the work of clearing moss and keeping it from coming back.
- Treatment is the standard approach on nearly every job
- Hand-brushing is used only in the specific spots where it's actually needed, not as a default step
- The treatment keeps working even if it starts raining shortly after we finish

Most of our work is on composition (asphalt shingle) roofs, with other roof types serviced under the right conditions.

Metal roofs are cleaned when conditions are right — dry, hot weather, typically in summer.

For liability reasons, Jesse doesn't walk the roof together with the customer. Instead, he documents what he finds and follows up with you directly, photos included.

Same-Day Jobs, Usually Booked About a Week Out
Same-day service is available depending on the schedule. Most weeks, JNR is booked out roughly a week in advance, so it helps to reach out before you're in a hurry.
What to Expect
You don't have to be home
As long as we have access to water, gates are unlocked, and windows/skylights are closed, the crew can complete the work without you present.
A little prep helps
Please move vehicles out from under the eaves, and keep people and pets inside during treatment.
No exact arrival window
Between multiple jobs in a day and Portland traffic, we can't promise an exact arrival time — but we're happy to call or text a heads-up if you ask.
